fields full of flowers or snow according to the season. Situated in a
beautiful valley called " Les Covagnes ", which is 3 km away from the
centre of Morzine, and 200 meters from the lowest cable car station of
Avoriaz.

away from the cable car.

Easily accessible by car, train (Thonon train station
is 35 km away), or plane (Geneva Airport 80km. In winter buses
stop daily at the Avoriaz cable car station and there is a public
covered car
park 30 meters away.

you like skiing? In the centre of the greatest skiing area of Europe, the
"Portes du Soleil",
over 600 km of ski slopes await you.
The cottage is located in the middle of a snowfield, on the ski
slope.
You can easily reach the ski lifts of the station of Avoriaz located at less than 200 meters away. - For the others, The imposing framework of the valley of the
tiles quarries, surrounded by mountains and fir trees, will be the starting point of walks in mountain. Vast space around the chalet is an ideal play-ground for the children, where they can have fun in safety.
The ground terrace , and the barbecue are perfect for aperitifs, or romantic dining looking out at a wonderful view of this quiet valley.
In the daytime in winter, the free shuttle bus will transport you to the centre of Morzine, where you will find all animations and conveniences of a great winter sports resort.
In the evening, you can dine and amuse yourself in Avoriaz (the cable car functions until midnight), and why not make the unforgettable experience of skiing or sledging down the slope to the chalet at moonlight. - And after ski? You will particularly appreciate the
cosy comfort and the unique ambiance of this quaint wooden chalet especially when you light the traditional wood burning stove. Combine this special atmosphere with the modern conveniences of this fully equipped chalet, which we recently renovated in 1994 ( taking care to preserve its original wooden character and charm).
The wood furniture is hand made by a local artist. After your stay you will leave with very good memories of your holiday. You are right beside Avoriaz, but you save approximately 25% compared to the price of hiring in the Avoriaz resort, and you also have more space, garden, charm, comfort and peace.
