  • Address: 810 Avenue of Joux-Plane 74110 MORZINE. At an altitude of 1000 meters (3280 ft), in a busy part of town, near the shops, restaurants, and nightclubs.
  • A car is not necessary in town. One can reach Morzine by car, train, or plane and the bus.
  • For the sporty, the cable car of Pléney is 50 meters away, for mountain biking, skiing, or paragliding.
  • The French Ski School   is 100 m away.
  • You can practice many sports, such as  skiing, snowboarding, Nordic ski, mountain biking Hand gliding, swimming, skating, horse riding ...

For the winter season 2009/2010, this apartment will be available Dec 1st

Prices winter, from Dec 1st to April 15th.: 11000€.

Amount for charges: 2500€ for 3 people.

Deposit: 2000€.

This apartment is rented at low price, because not renovated, but it is downtown, big, and with 3 bedrooms, and it is difficult to find this kind of apartment in the center of Morzine.

Summer 2010 complete renovation of the apartment.

I want to make a full renovation of this apartment to make a new and very comfortable holiday place.
The bedroom will have a king size bed, plus shower, plus TV.
The kitchen will be full equipped.
The dining room will have a big table, and a decorative fireplace working with bio ethanol.
The TV corner will have a flat screen TV, international satellite, DVD player, and HIFI system.
The bathroom will have a bath.

The 3 attic bedrooms will have new  high quality bed and mattress.
