Price List Availabilities Schedule Summer

• Sleeps  from 6 to 11 people, depending on the accommodation and the season.
• Prices are based on the number of people you can see on the upper left of the price schedule. 
• The first number indicates the recommended number of people, the second, the maximum number of people.
• For each person over the recommended number the price is an extra 10% per person.
• The prices are in Euros all included except the "French Taxe de Séjour" 0.90 € to 1.20€ per day, depending the place.
• The blacked out dates on the schedule are not available.
• For every supplementary week 5% discount.
• All the special offers, last minute price discounts and availabilities, are on the price schedule.

- For each person over the recommended number the price is an extra 10% of the basic cost for the recommended number of people.
- Depending on the period chosen, you may be able to add a few more days on to your stay: each additional day costs 1/7 th of the week concerned.
- For every supplementary week deduct 5% from the price of the second week, up to 4 weeks.
- These prices include the general costs (20%), but exclude linen, cleaning, insurance, and visitor's tax (0.90 to 1.20 Euro per adult per day in 2010, payable when the keys are handed over).
- Bedroom and bathroom linen is not provided; a cot is available on request.
- For sanitary reasons, the use of sleeping bags is not allowed, in case of non-compliance with this rule, a charge of 60€ minimum must be taken for cleaning and disinfecting.
- Inside the chalet, for legal reasons, smoking is not allowed, in case of non-compliance with this rule, a charge of 60€ must be taken for cleaning.
- The electrical equipment is in good working order. If something is faulty/ broken, please call the owner and he will arrange a prompt repair. No refund will be made by the owner if an electrical item doesn't work.
-If necessary, the owner or his representative will be entitled to claim from the client to his departure, the price of cleaning the rented place ( minimum fixed at 60 Euros), the total value at the price of replacement items, furniture and equipment broken, cracked, chipped or damaged and those which exceed normal duty for the duration of the stay, the price of cleaning duvets or mattress covers, compensation for damage of any kind on the curtains, walls, ceilings, floors, windows, bedding, etc..
- Obligation to occupy the chalet personally, to live " as a good family father" and maintain it correctly. All facilities are in working order and all claims relating occurring more than 24 hours after  your arrival shall not be permitted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance of current location, will be paid by the client.
- Obligation to ensure that the tranquillity of the neighbourhood is not disturbed by your activities.
- The deposit of 50% of the amount of the fee is deductible from the total price.
- For any cancelled reservation, changes to, or reduction of stay the deposit will be retained by the owner.
- You are required to arrive after 4 pm and depart before 10 am.

When the keys are handed over, you will be asked for :
1 : the remainder of the total amount of the rent.
2 : the visitor's government tax for the "Trésor public".
3 : a guarantee deposit of 500 Euros in cash or with your credit card number.
- The inventory is at your disposal.
- At the end of the stay, when you rleave, after a check of the buildings has been made (inventory of fixtures, cleanliness), the deposit of guarantee will be returned to you 7 days after.
- The owner has an official licence to rent the accommodation N° SIRET 328513 064 00027, and the accommodation conforms to the French Ministry standards of comfort. Every building has a certificate.
- These general conditions are in accordance to the French law.

-  Option to Reserve -

With the option to reserve you can have a free booking of 5 days (the time necessary for me to receive your account by cheque, credit card, or bank transfer).

You will receive a confirmation within 48 hours by mail.

For booking, I will need the following information :

- 7 - Signed copy of your reservation form.

- Reservation -

I will confirm your booking by email on receipt of your letter with the deposit and the signed copy of the reservation form.
I will send you a voucher, with a directions/map, and the entry code to access the accommodation.
You must let me know within 5 days that you have received your confirmation and that all the information I have sent you about is in order.
After this it will not be possible to change the booking, or to disclaim.
